Qualified Seamstress/ Machinist Position Available
This a part-time remote position (work from home) with the possibility of a long-term opportunity. As this is a part-time opportunity, payment will be given per garment completed (Only up to standard garments will be accepted)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Constructing the garments needed
- Ironing as pressing to ensure neat garments
- must have experience with stretch fabrics and elastic
- Ensure that the garments are up to company standards
The following is required of the successful candidate:
- Must have own sewing machine and overlocker
- Matric qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience
- fluent in English
- Able to work unsupervised
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to execute various sewing techniques such as (but not limited to): French seams, binding, piping, curved hemlines, quilting etc.
- Must have an eye for detail
Position: This is a part-time position with possibility of a full time contract.
Location: Table View, Cape Town
