FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

How do I purchase a product / garment online?

  1. First select the product/garment, choose the size and colour and add it to your cart.
  2. Double check that your order is correct before you check out.
  3. Enter your details and make the payment.

You should receive an email to confirm your order and a date as to when to expect delivery. We will update you should there be any changes in the delivery process. 

 

How long after ordering my product/ garment can I expect delivery?

As soon as we received the proof of payment, we will package it and send it off for delivery. This process takes 3- 5 days (National) For international deliveries it should take between 5-10 business days depending on location.

If you purchased something that is made to order or out of stock , one of our team members will email you and keep you up to date on the expected delivery date.

Do you do occasion wear/ once off designer pieces?

Yes we do! Feel free to contact our design team to inquire and set up a meeting. Drop us a message below.

 

What are the shipping/ courier fees involved?

 

Shipping costs are calculated at the check out and depend on purchase amount and Location. We deliver nationwide at an additional cost of R99.

International shipping is calculated according to the weight and shipping zone.

 

How do I return or exchange a product / garment?

We do our best to ensure your product / garment is up to the highest standards, but should you not feel happy with your purchase... you are more than welcome to return it to our studio at your own costs. 

Terms and conditions to qualify for returns:

  1. The item must be unworn and unused 
  2. The item must be in its original packaging
  3. The item must be returned within 5 days

Once we've received it in the same unused condition, in its original packaging, we will issue you a store credit voucher of the same value. We unfortunately do not except returns or exchanges on sale items and international purchases due to high costs involved.

*Please note*

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, no returns on face masks or Infinity neck warmers will be issued. Please make sure you checked the size guide before your purchase.
